is Bosch and Delphi worldly. Firstly, Bosch is the first company
which develop Common rail system with Benz together. Bosch is
evaluated that have a technology that go first so much
Delphi didn¡¯t have a technology originally but got a connection
technology undertaking France's Rucas. In fact, the United States
of America is a country that diesel car does not develop because
gasoline car is universalized constitutionally. Europe is a reader
region about diesel technology.
Siemens VDO and Denso have a Common rail technology too. Siemens
VDO¡¯s technique is formidable. it is a company which develop injection
system of Piezo method that is a next generation Common rail (Currently,
is used mostly solenoid method as 2 generation)
Injection system of Piezo method is possible injection by ultra
high pressure. Currently, domestic Common rail car is solenoid
method that injection pressure is below 1,600 bar, the 3 generation
Piezo Common rail can generate up to 1,800 bar. usually generation
is divided by injection pressure and It fits that 3 generation
Common rail is more than 1,800 bar.
1st generation : 1,350~1,400bar(solenoid injector)
2nd generation : less than 1,600bar (solenoid injector)
3rd generation : more than1,800bar (Piezo injector)

injection pressure 1,600 bar not long ago(Multec is the trademark
of Delphi Common rail)
A lot of European cars use common rail system.
Almost of Benz is applied and the Benz that is sold in the Korea
is SMART, E-CLASS, A - CLASS, C ? CLASS, M-CLASS and is applied
Bosch products.
A lot of BMW as well as Audi, Volkswagen, Renault,
Peugeot/Citroen, Fiat
use common rail system too.
The European companies use various company's injection
system and prefer Delphi, Siemens VDO, Bosch etc.

The companies are PAS Peugeot Citroen, Renault Ford, HMC, KIA,
SSANGYONG, Isuzu.
In Case of Toyota, is installing Denso¡¯s.
Despite there is Delphi in USA, Common rail system
is hardly used in the country. Because gasoline price is cheap,
and Diesel car is inferior to gasoline car in comfort, noise.
For reference, VGT car is not related to Common
rail, but if it combines with Common rail system, there is excellent
improvement of performance effect
