power of driver can brake the car with acting brake shoe and pad, that is
acted by hydraulic pressure

But, a lot of mini truck, mini bus, SUV. not gasoline passenger car are
constructed with diesel engine that has big power.

They are so heavy in chassis and loaded baggage that they need much
braking power. Therefore, it is not enough to do braking only by driver's
leg power. So, vacuum pump attached to Alternator generates vacuum during
working engine, and vacuum is
stored in vacuum tank, when brake operate, it fuctions increasing brake force.
